BY ACCESSING OR USING THE Jelpo SERVICE, YOU SIGNIFY THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO DISCLOSE, STORAGE, USE AND OF PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED IN THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICE.

 1. General terms and conditions

• By registering on the platform, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.
• You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license to rent a vehicle on our platform.
• All bookings must be made through our platform, and direct bookings with owners outside the platform are not allowed.

 2.Booking a service

• You agree to book a service only if you intend to use it during the specified time period.
• You are responsible for reviewing the Jelpo terms, and the providers cancellation policy before confirming a booking.
• Payment must be made after confirmation with service provider.

3. Use of Vehicle (In tours and travels category)

• You must use the vehicle in accordance with the rental agreement and follow all traffic laws.
• You are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as when it was rented.
• Any damages or fines incurred during the rental period are your responsibility.

 4.payment condition

• Any payment done by user to service provider for any reason or any service Jelpo not responsible for that payment if any fraud or conflict occur between service provider and user. 
• please make sure before any payment first confirm mobile no. account no. and all other things if payment goes to another person account or not credited Jelpo not responsible for that and also confirm regarding payment to service provider.
• before making any payment if service not taken or cancel of booking Jelpo not responsible for this.

5. Violence of terms and condition or fraud

• If any user gives/provide fake details regarding its identity or business Jelpo have full rights and authority to block and delete this particular user and also take legal action on that.

 6. Cancellation and refund

• You may cancel a booking according to the User Cancellation Policy outlined above.
• Refunds will be processed based on the time of cancellation and any applicable fees.
• If you cancel booking after the appointment time or fail to pick up the vehicle, no refund will be issued.
• If you cancel booking after the appointment time no money refunded.

7. Insurance and Liability

• You are responsible for ensuring that you have valid insurance coverage for the rental period.
• The owner may provide additional insurance options, but it is your responsibility to verify coverage before the rental.
• Jelpo is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that occur during the rental period.

8. User Conduct

• You agree to treat the vehicle and the owner with respect.
• Any inappropriate behavior, including damaging the vehicle or violating traffic laws, may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Data Privacy

• We collect and use your personal information as outlined in our User Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data.

10. Termination

• Jelpo reserves the right to terminate your account if you violate any terms of this agreement
